New low today!!

And it's ONLY because of the program (on which I have NOT been perfect). Despite desire, never made it to yoga this week...NO formal exercise...AGAIN. But I am vigilant with what I ingest. And THAT must be important. I am not losing fast like the June - July period, but very very slowly moving down...and with NO real exercise. When I kick the exercise back in gear...WATCH OUT! ;-)

Leaving for a week in NYC tomorrow to celebrate my mom's 80th...I may be here or not. But I am reading you all and still WITH you even when not commenting. :-)

sounds very fun!!! and I think you are actually hitting on an important part of weight loss - being able to maintain WITHOUT exercise. Because it is extremely important to be ABLE to do that easily/well. And maybe there is a prudent lesson in being hyper vigilant about food. I always thought that what I learned after two surgeries (one in weight loss, one in maintenance) had a LOT to do with my successs.

tell your mom very happy birthday to her (and she does not look like 80 to me in your pictures - she looks much younger and still very robust - does she to you in real life?)

NYC how fantastic and at a new low!! That's so fun. I think being vigilent about what I ingest is the most important thing for me in weight loss at the moment. So happy for you!!
