I had to go back and look to see when his dad died (7/8/08) because I couldn't remember. I didn't think it had been a full year ago - but knew it had been many months.
I am so sorry to hear this - so sorry for the loss. And so glad for her - since she was so sick for so long. Did she have a peaceful, at home end? I picture her just slipping away. . .
DB must be so sad - and I am sure that he is very glad for all he did for both of them - at the end of their lives. End of life issues are so hard. And his sibs and he did a very good job of honoring their parents.
