Spectacular

Got home very late last night from our amazing vacation. Will post all details later, but the scale was scary this morning. Back on program tomorrow morning. Going to see new grandson this afternoon (he was born on Wednesday)...can't wait!

Photos asap...although none will do it justice. :-)

congrats on the new baby!!! did you know it was going to be a boy - can't remember? and was the last one a boy too? (What is the score now between the two girls?)

glad you had a great time. Are you planning to carb down for two days and then go back into your rotation? And how much of it (scale) was salt/plane related do you think?

I'm actually going to carb DEPLETE for four days...that should get rid of some of the TWELVE pounds that show being added to my scale as of this morning. And they are REAL. Clothes that fit pre-vacation do not...although the tighty capris I wore on the plane out were fine on the way back. May be water, plane, salt or daily coconut rum. ;-) No matter, we had a ball and I'm back ON this morning! :-)

New baby is second grandson, fourth grandkid. And he looks like DB's side of the family -- cute!! :-)

Working on full trip report to post, but probably won't get it up today...lots of work to catch up on...

OOPS -- SIXTH grandkid!!! Can't count...still on island time... ;-)

Yes, we knew it was a boy. Two grandkids ago was the first boy (had three girls before the other boy).

Congrats on the new grandkid & can't wait to see pics & details! So glad you had a great time. Seriously, by the time you do the 4 day deplete you'll likely be close to where you were before vacay. & I bet it doesn't take more than 2 weeks to be back to your 20 pound loss.

I started cracking again yesterday. :)
