I walk twice a day, gave up the mommie juice and still nothing. Last week was the end of my period and I couldn't wait to weigh cuz I just knew I was gonna be way down. It hadn't budged.
You can get it back down. I was up this week but today I am back at my plateau weight. I drank a lot of water and ate sensibly for a couple of days. Now, if only I can do that for a two more days and have a loss to record on Monday. You are still on the real estate roller coaster so throw your hands up in the air and scream..
I'm sorry too. I know the feeling and like everyone else has said, it is just temporary and we can get back on track. Just remember you've been through some stressful times and this is part of our learning experience--how can we cope with stresses, etc.?
