Oh man, am I out of yoga-shape. Every muscle in my body aches today! I can't believe I let myself get so out of yoga-shape. But I sure am happy and excited to get back to it...or I will be as soon as I can lift my coffee cup without an "ouch". ;-)

Anyone who thinks yoga is easy or not good exercise should be in my body today...and I'm not even as out of yoga-shape as most people per my teacher!

Sabrina is currently teaching a men's class - she said they are all very non flexible and they grunt, and groan, and "toot" all the way through class. She said that NONE of us would want to be in class with them - because they are all so verbal about how hard it is.

Glad you are back and feeling it - it will be interesting to see how long it takes for the soreness to pass.

I was a little sore after Sabrina on Saturday myself - those thighs!

I listen to you and Vickie talk about your yoga and so admire your flexibility and strength. I know how much you love the practice and the way it makes you feel. You'll be back in shape in no time.

Congrats on the gym. I love the gym. It gives me hope. I have been eating too much the past couple of days. So the gym is even more helpful on days like that. It gives me that "all is not lost"
feeling.... sorry you are sore..I want yoga.

I know how you feel! I didn't feel bad after Pilates (the first class) until 2 days after the class was over (I don't know why!).

You're doing fantastic! You and Vickie are inspiring me to consider a yoga class.
